Assistant Superintendent Salary Schedule.

Certificated Salary Schedule for non- management positions that require a credential such as Teachers, Counselors, Nurses and Librarians.

Adult Education/CTE Salary Schedule for the Adult Education and CTE programs.

Classified Salary Schedule and Classified Job Titles & Salary Ranges for non- credentialed positions such as Instructional Assistants, Secretaries and Custodians. 

Classified Confidential, Classified Supervisory and Classified Management Job Titles and Salary Ranges.

Confidential Salary Schedule for non-bargaining unit positions.

Supervisor Salary Schedule for classified management.

Psychologist & SLP Salary Schedule for School Psychologists and Speech Language Pathologists.

Certificated Management Salary Schedule  and Certificated Management Job Titles and Salary Ranges for management positions that require a credential such as Principals, Assistant Principals, Coordinators and Directors.

Certificated Open Enrollment (5/13/2019 - 5/24/2019)

 

Each year, there is an Open Enrollment period during which Certificated and Management employees can make changes to their health insurance plans, add/remove dependents, or enroll in Voluntary benefits.  An email has been sent to your VUSD account with important information.  Please read this email carefully, as well as the documents attached to it.

Most premiums (Payroll deductions) will be changing, so please view the new Rate Sheet.  Click here to see what the Payroll deductions will be starting with your September paycheck (September deduction pays for October benefits).
 
This year’s Open Enrollment will be “Changes Only.”  That means that you only need to take action if you want to make a change to your benefit plans (change from one plan to another) or change your covered dependents.
 
If, after reading the Open Enrollment material, you want to change from one plan to another, or change your dependents, please complete the appropriate form(s) based on the scenarios below.
 
I want to change from my current High Kaiser plan to the Low Kaiser plan
     • Kaiser Low Enrollment Form
I want to change from my current Low Kaiser plan to the High Kaiser plan
     • Kaiser High Enrollment Form
I want to change from Kaiser to an Anthem medical plan
     • Anthem Enrollment Form
I want to change from an Anthem medical plan to the Kaiser High plan
     • Kaiser High Enrollment Form
I want to change from an Anthem medical plan to the Kaiser Low plan
     • Kaiser Low Enrollment Form
I want to change from one Anthem plan to a different Anthem plan

I want to add/delete dependents on my current medical plan (not changing plans, just changing dependents)

Employees, who are benefit eligible may elect coverage under one of the plans selected by the District. Coverage under these plans for the 2018-2019 plan year are sponsored by the Self-Insured Schools of California (SISC). Benefit eligible employees may select coverages for medical, dental, vision and life insurance per Article 13 of the VUSD-VTA contract. 

Employees may also choose to take advantage of the Flexible Benefit Plan offered by the District. Administered by American Fidelity Assurance Company, the plan allows employee to take pre- tax deductions for costs such as medical expenses and child care costs.
